To begin getting fit you should exercise 3 times per week for at least 20 minutes.

Any physical activity will do so long as you impliment cardio and stregth training. |

If you have not worked out in a while be sure to start off slow and easy, but also be sure to push yourself just a little further each work out until you reach your desired fitness level and keep it up on a regular basis!
